Looks awesome! I have a silver fx4 w/ chrome steps. I'd love to do the same thing. I think the stock fx4 grills belong on a 1983 Escort.

Agree. That's the thing with these new trucks, you either love it, or you hate it, very little middle ground. Like the Blue Flame Metallic.... you love it or hate it.

 

Anyone have photoshop that could show me what this grille looks like painted black?? I want to lift the truck and have BMF stealth novakanes (satin black wheels), but I am worried that the chrome won't look right with all black everything else...

 

The Harley grille looks fantastic on your FX4. Great choice.

Just my 2 cents but that grille on a black Lariat would be fantastic. Some chrome to go with chrome bumpers and get rid of the stock lariat grille.

Does anyone know if the xlt 6 bar grille is a two piece as well? I want to put the center xlt grille piece from an xlt on my fx4, keeping my painted outer grille. The xlt grille is alot cheaper than the harley grille and looks similar. Its more of the look I'm going for, once I black chrome it.

 

what wheels are those I can't quite tell from the angle. ProComp's?

 

Grille looks great. Its just enough to set it off.

 

100% is not. Was going to do the same and got a new one that was sent to me damaged. Fortunately it was because I saw it was one piece and didn't want to use it.

Looks great with the grille. Will look even better with HD lights!

 

That sucks, good thing I asked though, thanks. I guess il have to go with the hd grille if I want to swap just the center piece.

 

Yeah it does suck because I like that grille alot but not the chrome surround. I think the 11 Lariat Limited may be a two piece or a paintable edge but then that pretty much takes up the difference in price anyway of the HD grille.
