Wow thanks Stormsearch - that is awsome.

So I called the dealership (Hines Park) that did the thaw for me and talked to the service manager about the TSB refferanced above. The service manager stated that they would have to be able to reproduce it to fix it per Ford rules. I stated that bringing it in stuck in gear on a tow truck was all the evidence he should need, he disagreed. Last time I talk to this dealership and advised him this was the situation, he stood firm.

Called the dealer I purchased the truck from (I have since moved about 25 miles) and discussed the situation with the service manager, he fully agreed with my logic. After agreeing that they now did not seem so far away, I have a new dealership for all of my service, and on Monday they will be performing the TSB.

That sucks about the first dealer giving you a hard time. I have been using my dealer for a good amount of time for service on my old explorer and now my 2010 F150. After the winter we had last year in the South Jersey/ Philly area, I'm wondering if I can talk them into the TSB for preventative reasons.
