bilstein 5100 height adjustable shocks

does anyone know if the 04-08 4wd f150 bilstein 5100 series shocks also bolt onto the 09-10 trucks.

here is a link to the shocks i am looking at for the front

i was going to do a leveling kit but would rather do this instead.

well i did a little of my own research and here is what i came up with

09-10 part # BE5-G741-H0
04-08 part # BE5-C298-H2

they are 2 different part numbers from bilstein however no one seems to sell the 09+ shocks for w/e reason and the front ends on these trucks are so damn similar (i have owned both generations) that it would really susprise me if they didnt fit, can anyone confirm or deny this?

04-08 and 09+ are the same, so yes they will fit. I have a 2012 coming in and ordered the bilstein 5100 for front and rear and my cousin has a 06 and ordered a set of bilsteins and its the same shock

Does anyone have any experience with these on an 09+? I know with most of the lift and level kits, according to what I have been reading anyway, you can fit 25's on the new generation, although some trimming may be needed. Could you do the same with these? Because I think I would prefer these as well..

I thought they connected different at the bottom end of the shock. Go find a used older generation model on your dealers lot, and look particularly at where the shock mounts to the lower control arm. I think it is different from the 09+......

Ive got a 2012 with a 3" level and 5100 leveling shocks on their highest perch and I fit my 35's no problem but had to do some trimming.

Ok so forgive this question, I am new to trucks and lift kits, but do I need a lift and level kit in addition to these shocks?? I thought that with most of these leveling kits, since they were just spacers, you still used the stock length shock. I have seen some that used longer shocks in the rear with the blocks, but obviously on the adjustables most of the lift comes from the front in terms of leveling out the vehicle.

And to correct my earlier post, I meant 35's not 25's haha

You missed the original point. Not to mention...... you got a what???????? Welcome to the forum, but I think you are a little confused as to what you actually have, or at least you seem to have represented it wrong. It appears that you seem to have some sort of a 5+ inch "level". That would put you in a bit of a sky view stance.

With 5100's you avoid having to install front spacers. It is an either/or phenomenon, with the 5100's being the more expensive, but better option.
