new FX4 help

Im looking at buying another F-150, 2010-11 year. Im looking at buying an FX4 but im confused. Ive looked at numerous FX4 trucks and theres a difference on the dash. Ive noticed some only say FX in the dash and some say FX4 in the dash right in the lower center of the cluster. I cant find anything on what makes them different. Could this just be a change in model year? or is there a difference in the package i dont know about. They all have the same FX4 decals on the outside, but the dash labeling is different. Please help me as im confused as hell.

This has something that came up before. There is nothing different about them. I think most believe it was a cost savings move by Ford so they could use the same gauge cluster in the FX4 and FX2.

The '09s had FX4 because there wasn't an FX2 option in '09. Then in '10 they went to just the FX.

The Ford website showed a '10 with the FX4, but it is not correct.
