I am new to this forum and have a 2009 Ford F150 Fx4 Long Bed SuperCrew. I would post some pics but haven't learned how to do that yet but welcome to look at my profile. I am trying to get some input on lift ideas, tires, and exhaust ideas. I am thinking of either a leveling kit or 6in lift. Want a tire that would make my truck look aggressive and not a grandpa truck. Been talking around and hearing a lot about magnaflow or flowmaster exhaust. I would like to have some deep rumble but nothing that you have to cut truck off to order at a drive thru, if you get my drift. If anyone knows how to photo shop, that would also help at lots. Any suggestions and input with manufactures, looks, etc.. would help. Thanks

 

BDS Lift seems to be working very well on the new models, nice quality kit. This will work with 33x12.50 or 35x12.50, the latter preferred if you want the more aggressive look. Since you have 3.73 gears 35's should not be a problem. Pro Comp Stage II also seems to be a nice 6" lift. Rancho make a very nice 4" lift that can be a price leader with the rebate. This is more like a 5+" lift and is popular on this board.

I have the same truck but the 5.5 bed. I have a 6 inch skyjacker lift and am very happy with it. I also have the 35X1250s 20 ' rims are required for the skyjacker and the look is great. If your going to lift it go 6'. Or be ready to level it and everytime you see a lifted truck your going to wish you did it. Good luck

 

Thanks Jmrob135, I love your truck by the way, hopefully mine will look as good. How does the skyjacker lift ride? Some people tell me some lifts ride rougher than others. Do you have any type of exhaust or your truck or is it stock? If so what kind and how does it sound? Thats another soon project in the making.
