Not Sure

It's been 25 years since I lived in Kentucky - things may have changed - but it is one of the few states that also charges Sales Taxes on automobile insurance. Get ready $$$$$

small change of plans.... Were actually going to buy this house were in right now for $52K and seller to pay 100% of closing costs on a VA loan.

It turns out to own the house is going to be $200 cheaper a month then to rent and that's including insurance and taxes. I'm going to pay off in cash 2 years from now when I get my re-enlistment bonus. My house that I own in Mississippi will have tenants in it after the new year. I will rent this place out in KY when I move again and buy my 3RD house elsewhere. The egg nest will snowball for my retirement in 6 and 1/2 years. I am currently 31 YO and will retire on my 38th birthday.

I will still get the discount for auto insurance even owning it with a homeowners policy through nationwide.

I really don't care about mods anymore for my truck. I care more about going snowmobiling and hauling my sleds up to Michigan where I am from on the long weekends and going riding. I am sure my 2010 FX4 is more then capable of doing that in stock form.
