Free Sirius?

I noticed today that my satellite radio has been turned back on. The free trial expired about 6 months ago. Anyone else notice this? I wonder if it is some kind of promo? It really just reminded me about how crappy the quality is.

I think its a promo. I got some stuff sent to my email junk box about it. Should only last a few weeks.

They turned mine on nov 18 and I got a letter saying it will last for 2 weeks. It's bs that they only give you some stations. I was excited to hear some ELLIS!!!

My 6 month free trial period that was included when I purchased the truck in June is over in less than 3 weeks but I haven't rec'd any offers from Sirus. Do I need to call them or will they just stop providing the service?

If you call to renew before your promo expires, they will charge you full price. Let it expire and they'll mail you some pretty good offers, usually a year for half-price or less.

I waited and called a few days after the trial period ended and told them I would like it back at $77/year and they hesitated a bit, but I ended up getting it for that plus taxes of coarse.

FYI, for two 6 month periods now I have called to cancel and each time I have talked them into giving me the $20 for 6 month rate. Give it a shot
