2010 F150 xl vibration

I have a 2010 F150 xl.

Its a reg cab long box (146"wb)

It has a 4.6 and the 4R75E trans.

I've been looking around and seem to notice I'm not the only one with this problem.

It happens at about 80Kph and feels like an imbalanced tire.

I've checked the tire balance 2 times, and it still there.

I can see mu box wobble its so bad..

I'm certain its something to do with that POS hanger bearing.

I can smack it with my hand, and the DS wobbles very easily...

I'm just looking for people who have gotten theres fixed, and what the solution was... Alot of the searching I did was to inconclusive threads...

I'm travelling north tonight, and I'm going to wedge something in the top 2 slits in the vibration damper in that hanger bearing,,,

This will give the DS less of an angle, and take up some of the slack in that piece of rubber...

I'll post back when I get home tomorrow if it helped...

I went and tried taking some of the slop out of that hanger bearing.

It worked.

My vibration went down 50%

I just jammed some wood chips out of my garden in the slits on the rubber damper to see if it would fix it. And it did for the most part.

Enough for me to believe this is where the vibration is coming from.

I'm going to do a better job of packing the slits and see if it goes away even more.

If ford can't offer a new hanger bearing design, I'm going to lay out a bead of silicone...Let it dry and pack those in there..
