Do a test. Check to see if the mirrors themselves move as you lock and unlock you vehicle with the key buttons or if it is different from the keys you use to the spare set.

I have memory seat and one set of keys is synced with memory position 1 and the other set for memory position 2.

 

Yeah, I have no more suggestions either. Never heard of this issue before. Certainly doesn't happen to my truck, and I use the power-fold feature all the time.
