I now have access to the wires in the door. Only need to know which one to cut!

i think this may open a can of worms. if you disable the "door open" switch what is going to turn your radio off when you get out?

 

The other questions:

1. Is the alarm looking for an open circuit or a closed circuit (to ground)?
2. Is the door switch normally closed and held open or normally open and held closed?

In other words, if you cut the wire, will you permanently enable the alarm?
