I modified the step tailgate by removing the handle and replacing with a blank panel. So I have the tailgate handle (pole), the panel and all bolts for it.

Hey, I have all too that you can have. I'm a bit closer, but I don't know why you would want it if you don't have the step.

 

UPS is showing at a minimum $140 for ground because of the size. If interested, let me know. I realize it's alot of money. So no biggie. I'd just hate to bring it to the dump.
