aftermarket Navi and Sync

If I get a after market navi will I lose my sync? USB 1 and 2; bluetooth, line-in all the voice commands etc...

I did, no need for Sync if you get a good product. Check out my thread I just created. I hated Sync the voice control never worked and my phone would never stay connected.
