If I did this would I need a different rear block to make it actually level? I have lariat 2WD

Looks awefully expensive compared to some other kits, I have read about many people buying there kit from ebay and being very happy with them and they are around 80 dollars. Also Bilstein leveling shocks are only 98 each on shockwarehouse.com.
