Question front tow hook install

I have a 2010 F150 lariet screw ( great truck). I want to install front tow hooks.
Has anyone done this to their Lariat? Tow hooks are attatched to the frame so I wonder if the front black bumper inserts can be removed or how the install can be done.

Drive to a Ford dealership and look at the 4x4 model and see how they attach......

The Tow Hooks will attach with 2 bolts to each of the frame horns just behind the front bumper.

You will need to get a 4wd Valence, 2 tow hooks, 4 of the mounting bolts and the 2 nut plates that go inside the frame.
