When you say you got a great deal on the platinum grille, what is that? I've seen them for around 600 from the dealer, but some with broken clips on ebay for around 250. I want to buy the platinum grille for my silver lariat, but haven't found a good and reliable deal.

$50, no Broken tabs, all clips were included and even came with the box and packing. The guy didn't like the brushed finish so he bought a chrome lariat grill and sold me this one.

I was going to install a lift kit on a guys truck for one, if you pay me to install the leveling kit i will give you the grill. I suppose it would only cost you $249, I will save you a buck.

I plan on installing the lift kit next weekend, I will call him in the AM and tell him I will do the install for the grill, if your interested. I will only charge you $100 plus shipping. I already installed the billet grill in this truck and I didnt break any clips when i removed his old one. please pm or reply here and let me know if this will work for you.

How did you get the Grille out without breaking any tabs? I replaced my Lariat Grille and EVERY freaking tab broke off. I did not see the point in the tabs to begin with considering all the retaining bolts. Thanks

I am not sure, I have replaced 4 of them so far and have only broken one tab, No special tools or anything. Just slowly pulling from one corner to the other.

If you ever want to trade out for a lariat grill let me know.

Where did you get the Platinum grill from as I have an FX4 and traded out mine for the lariat grill but am again getting the itch to change grills. Thanks.
