Navigation system

Is it possible to install a factory navigation system in a 2010 F150 if it didn't come equipped? If so, what kind of cost would I be looking at?

Not sure how much the unit would cost you, but the map updates cost $200 so you might want to think about that before you blow a couple grand on the unit and have to blow another couple hundred dollars every year just to update it.

I ran into this problem too. The nav system that comes in the F250s can be added, but you will lose some compatibility (like controlling the climate through the touch screen, no backup camera on the screen, the lights behind the buttons on the F250 nav are green, the ones on the F150 are blue-ish). The F150 factory nav cannot be added to a truck that didn't come from the factory with it. From what I've been told by Ford and a radio tech that specializes in Ford sytems is that the entire HVAC system is different, so it can't be done.

I had an F250 nav system added to my F150, and I hate it, but am getting it replaced. I can try to post a couple pics if you want or go into more detail. I've become somewhat of an "expert" in this particular subject over the last couple of weeks.
