So after debating and reading this entire forum I decided to place a factory order (just in time!). The dealership figures it'll take 6-8 weeks for delivery to Canada. Does it actually take the full 6-8 weeks, or will it be shorter due to the fact that their going to want to re-tool for the 2011's soon.. Any ideas?

What is an XTR? I have never seen or heard of them before

 

XTR is basically the XLT with a chrome package and instead of 4X4 on the box it says XTR... I think it's a Canadian thing..

My inlaws order took about 6 weeks a month ago.
XTR is an xlt with a rolled in option package. Particulars can be seen at ford.ca.
