AMP power wire routing?

I am installing an aftermarket amp in my 2009 Platinum with factory Sony and navigation system. I am looking to run the 4 gauge amp power wiring in the same channel as the stock wiring on the passenger side of my truck.

My question is has anybody experienced a problem to the rest of the vehicle by running the power wire next to the stock wiring?

He's talking about an amp for a stereo, not AMP Powersteps (I've got both). That's where I ran my power wire, then I ran the speaker wire on the opposite side. No issues.

I run mine on drivers side with zeros issues. Found it much easier to get it down drivers side than passenger side.

You are correct. Good to know that it will not create any additional issues. I was a little concerned about running the power wire that close to some of the can-bus or twisted pair wires in the loom.

If you're really worried about it get some shielded cable. I remember seeing something about that when I was putting my system together.
