Cool Battery Died and SYNC went nuts

My battery died last night because I'm an idiot, but that is beside the point. After I jumped it, I plugged in my iPod and it did do anything. I thought maybe it was my iPod, so I plugged my phone into the USB (that is how it charges) and sure enough the USB was not working. I hit auxillary and it did nothing. sattelite radio still worked and so did the radio and cd. With the sync being out, the bluetooth didn't work either. I pulled the fuse and it was fine, but after replacing the fuse the system started working. It had lost all of the settings but at least it was working again.

Has anyone else had this happen?

Yup. Probably a half dozen times and my battery has no issues. *shrug* All I do is leave it on radio or turn it on and off a couple times and it starts working.
