Rancho 4' lift for 2010

was bored and doing my usual routine of scouring the web for the best deals on things i dont really need when i found 4wheelonline.com and priced out the rancho kit with 9000xl adjustable shocks for $1741.41. i called them up this morning and they knocked off $20, so that with the $500 rebate from rancho brings the total to $1221.41 for the complete rancho kit shipped to me. not bad eh? i was trying to decide between the bds kit for $1500 or the more expensive rancho and these guys made my mind up for me. the bds looks way too high with just 35s in my opinion anyway and since im sticking with my 34s till they blow up, this will probably be the best bet.

Nice work on this lift! Have you installed it yet? I am thinking about following your lead and buying from the same place. Can't beat this price. I really want to know how the install goes. If there is any cutting or welding required and also if there are any complications.

ya, id hold off on the purchase until we see how the delivery goes. id read the posts about 4wheelonline.com but that didnt occur to me when i found the website and got a price that was a few hundred below anywhere else. so far, they tried to sell me the wrong lift and charge me extra for the struts but apparently its in dallas and going to be delivered tomorrow or thursday, so once that happens i'll post on whether they got it right or not. as far as the headache and stress over this was enough for me to say just go with rocky mountain suspension or ssa or someone else just to be safe.

I can't blame you. I considered the rancho lift before I saw the price tag lol. Before you change it out, can you take some measurements to see how much taller the rear is than the front currently? I'm still deciding between 2" AS with a 3" Readylift block or 2.5" AS with the 3" Readylift block.

well hey, its a good time for the rancho. my price after rebates will be $1380 and i found a guy in plano that'll do the install and alignment for $560 otd. still a heafty price compared to the level and block kit, but pretty cheap for a full(and proven quality) lift.
ok, so if i remember correctly, my front is about 1 or 1.5 inches lower than the rear with the 2" as spacer and 3" block. i'll get you a specific measurement later on. id read here on the forum that the 2.5 is sort of pushing the limits with the angles in the front suspension and honestly, they look pretty maxed out with the 2".

aaaaand im still awake...just went down to take a measurement for you and the front fender is sitting at 41.5" and the rear at 42". thats on the slanted driveway though, so id say theres probably a .5-1" difference.
