Mud Flaps?

Went by the dealer's today and asked about a set of Mud Flaps, front and
rear, for my 2010 FX4. Well, she looked and she looked and she entered my
VIN and looked some more and finally said she'd order a set of what she
"thought" might be the right ones.
Anyone have the number to a set of Mud Flaps for a 2010 FX4? I'd
appreciate it if you'd share the information with me. I live on a gravel road
and these new tires sure are sticky, picking up gravel and slinging them up
the side of the truck. I need a set of mud flaps all around bad.
Thanks,
Dano

heres the ford ones...http://www.fordaccessoriesstore.com/...6L3Z_16A550_BA
those ones require you to drill holes through the mud flap themselves not the body (have them on my truck) dont look half bad..also if you dont want to drill i hear weathertech has some good ones but they only have for the rear tires...... http://www.weathertech.com/store/mvp...iceIds=744,842

I gave that number to my dealer. She sent it to FORD along w/ my VIN.
The emailed her back and told her that was the correct part number for my
truck so that's what she ordered. Should be here next week.
Thanks a bunch,
Dano

Shotgunz, they look good and if the ones from Ford don't fit, I've got yours
bookmarked.
Thanks,
Dano

You're welcome. Glad to help.

FWIW, I think the new Ford mud flaps are no-drill, just like the Weathertech.

I hope so. I'm not real thrilled w/ drilling holes in my new truck.

I have the Ford Molded Splash Guards for the rear of my Platinum, look great and sure help, both with mud/debris and by protecting the chrome-tipped exhaust pipe. I didn't get them on the front because my dealer claimed they would not fit with the automatic running boards. Still don't believe it, but otherwise I'd have a full set like I have had on all my previous F-150's. They sure do help a lot!

well installed the 2 rears this morning with a socket and pair of pliers. it used factory lower brace bolt for the rear quarter and one of the plastic rivet holes that attaches the stock flare. mounted level and looks awesome. matches flare contours perfectly. hope to get the fronts installed tomorrow. had them installed in roughly 15 mins.
