Was looking at this truck in person yesterday, and man I feel in love.. not sure about the price though. I will say its priced a hell of a lot more realistically than the other used trucks on the lot, with a barely any miles on it too. The others were more, and had 40-60k on them. This one may as well be new. Bed-liner, running boards, ect..... Of course i'd have to talk them down, 25,500 maybe.. ?
What do you guys think?

With 25,500 I'm taking into account the fact that dealers here demand a slightly higher price premium since they've got to pay for stuff to be shipped up here, its not cheap. Our used car market will always be higher than down in the states

How big of a difference do you guys notice with your 6-speeds? I'd imagine acceleration is smoother, not much faster, unless your assuming with a 4 speed that its hesitating between shift (more than likely)....
Gotta be 2 seconds quicker 0-60 and quarter mile. You get more peak torque over a wider engine speed range with the 3V and two more gears. First gear is almost half of the 4-spd, which means wheel torque is almost double. Top gear is almost the same. There is one more gear spaced evenly between 2 and 4th of the 4-spd.
4-speed ratios:
2.84 1.55 1.00 0.70
6-speed ratios:
4.17 2.34 1.52 1.14 0.87 0.69
Besides 0-xx target speed acceleration, smaller gear spacing means when the engine upshifts, torque won't drop off as much.
