2010 Hitch Question

Will a 2005 OEM hitch fit my 2010? I am curious because I can get it for real cheap and my truck did not come with it, because I never thought I would use it and it wasnt a priority. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

If you are installing a trailer hitch you should also look into getting the factory Transmission cooler.

I would check with a dealership.

Sometimes you can get a clue from aftermarket, if their part numbers are different for the two years in question then they probably had to change design and the holes may not line up.

Or if you can obtain the OEM Ford part numbers for the two years and the only difference is the second digit(indicating year) then it may line up.

I think you are the first one here to question 2010 truck/old hitch.
So, you will soon be the resident expert on this topic.
