AS Level Kit Options

Looks like autospring only offers a 1.5" level kit for '09's, so do you think the 1.5 in. would be sufficient for the level or should I go with another one at 2 in. Also, I just got 20X9's on a 305/50-20 (32x12x20 tire) do you think I should even bother leveling it out or would the level just make the tires look smaller. I didn't go with 33x12.5 because of money issues. I know its up to me what I want but i'd like some suggestions. Thanks.

I bought 2" spacers for my 2010 from AS (but it is still sitting in my garage in the box), but from the sounds of it...they give a bit more than 2" of lift. I think I read that the 1.5" spacers are giving 2+ inches of lift, so you should be fine with that. Also, depending on the backspacing of your wheels, you may even rub with the 32" tires...the spacer can't hurt, and will look better IMO.

I haven't installed my spacers yet because when I tow, the back end of my truck squats pretty bad....and with the front being 2+ inches higher, it would be even worse. But I installed a set of firestone ride-rite airbags last weekend, and with a few pounds of air...I can lift the back of the truck 2.5".

1.5" will be fine, and you won't rub unless you choose the wrong wheel backspacing. I have a 2" AS on my truck and honestly the 1.5" would for most people be the better choice. I plan on adding the 1.5" AAL on my truck, that is why I went with the 2".. You can get up to a 2.5" from AS..

I already have the 20's on the 305/50-20 tire and there is no rubbing and I have a high backspacing on the wheels, 6.38" with a 35 mm offset. I just want to level, because I don't like the stock (nose down) look. Also, can anybody post any links to sites to purchase an AS kit. it seems when I google it all I get are threads in these forums, and no actual sites to purchase them.

I have the AS 2" kit on my 2010 FX4 SCREW and I love the way it looks... Slightly nose up. If you want perfectly level, go with the 1.5. A lot of people have installed the 2" and don't like the "prerunner" look like I do. I got mine off of ebay for about 80 bucks. Also, the longer your truck is, the less apparent the nose up stance is... I have 6.5 bed so it doesn't look AS high in front as the same truck with a 5.5 bed... Look through the galleries on this site and see some different combos to find what you want.

The 2" AS put the front 1/2" high, but as has been pointed-out in other threads, the wheel well over-all in the front is larger than the rear. My truck overall looks level, if you ignore the well size difference.
