2.5" as, what tire size?

Hey im tryin to decide what tire size i want to run, so what is the biggest yall r runnin? i cant decide if i want wheels or not but if i do get wheels it would prolly be the xd addicts.

Im guessin if i get wheels the biggest i could go is 33s, but if i kept the stockers could i squeeze a 35

I'd stick with 33 either way. That is what the AS ad says.

I put on some 275/70/18 BFG AT's on my truck (33.2") and a 1.5" AS level, and I wouldn't go any bigger than that. I am even considering rear blocks, its almost a little too level for me. I think if you went any higher at all even the 2" that the nose would be too high. The 33.2" tires compliment the level nicely though, looks more like a truck now.

Have you looked at 34s? They seem to be a decent option.

If I had to do it all over again, I would not get 305 (12.5") wide tires for stock rims. I know alot of guy say its perfect... but its not, at least its not on my 09 FX4. I run a 305-55-20 Mickey Thompson ATZ (33.5x12.5 - 20) tire on stock 20's and rub the sway bar. When I ran my aftermarket KMC Hoss wheels (-12mm OS, 4.53" BS) I rubbed on the front faring arch/ flare where it connect to the meats the rocker panel. I wish I went with a 285 or 295 series tire since all my issues have to do with tire width.

You can still run a tire between 33 and 34" tall without clearance issues.
