Dual Exhaust Tip

I would like the look of dual exhaust by just adding a dual tip. Found this one: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CSE-14035/?rtype=10
Anyone ever done this or something similar? How does it look?

IMHO if you can see the exhaust system enough to see that the tip is making it dual, then it looks cheesy. If you have it somewhat tucked or maybe the truck is lowered so you cant see then it looks ok.

Prob look ok looking from the side when all you see is the tips headon, by everywhere else you will see the real deal.

But for 180 price tag of that thing you can get an exahust shop to weld in two pipes from the stock muffler back, prob just over a hundred, if that. And catbacks can start around 300, depending on tips and muffler type.

If you are going to get the dual tip out the side--get the Corsa one that is made for it, looks a little different than the one posted, it is straight cut not angle cut like the one shown. Never really liked the look of a dual tip on a truck- but I kept it of my 06 and reused it on my 09. And those are the Cosa Tips like the ones shown.

I plan on just putting a nice tip on, seeing as how an aftermarket is a waste of money as far as performance gains on these trucks and I like the sound of the stock system. I want to get something a little better looking, but not a dual tip. Also looking for something that won't stain/rust after getting muddy or wheeling in the woods.

I like the looks of those Corsa Tips. Do you have a link to where they can be purchased? Also, are they weld on or bolt on?

I have the Corsa exhaust system- the tips came with the muffler,I think if you go to the Corsa sight you can purchase the tips online. They are bolt on ,but I had them welded on.

Don't get the Ford tip then...........On my 4x4 even with mud flaps my tip has all sorts of debris burnt onto it.

I wasn't planning on the Ford one... too plane and I think it bolts on? -- cheesy. I was thinking like Magnaflow or Borla. Not too flashy but looks good and won't stain. looking to go up to about 3-3 1/2 inch too.

Went on the Corsa website. Only one listed is the exact same tip that I referenced in my first post from Summit Racing. Do you have any pics closer up of the dual tips you have? If so please post. Thanks.
