I know serveral of us have had issues with the mic on our SYNC not recognizing commands and picking up to much back ground noise just like the 09's. There is a TSB for the 09's but not for the 10's. Well I found out today the 2010's now have the TSB also. The number is 10-4-8 Publication 2-25-2010. I got a copy of the document today from my dealer. I am putting it in the shop next Tuesday to get it fixed along with some tranny issues I am having. So if you are having problems with the mic in SYNC on your 2010 the dealer now has a TSB for it.

 

Can you post the TSB. I have noticed this issue a couple of times.
