Will the front end go up or down a little after alignment? If so, which way?

 

nope no height change , the toe just needs to be adjust in alittle

Cams? As in Alignment Cam bolts? Personally, the cam bolts will save on labor big time when having the alignment done. The shops around here have a service fee plus labor to do them. They could not get the truck perfect, but everything was still in specs. They also have to adjust Caster.

The Cam bolts just make it easier for them to adjust and a lot less time to do it.
