Frame rail end caps??

Frame rail end caps??
Does anyone know how to remove the two frame rail end caps located on the front bumper? Do they come straight off or do I need to remove other parts to get to whatever holds them on. Thanks

Acetylene torch will do the job.

An acetylene torch on those plastic caps would be like using a cruise missile to shoot squirrels - just a tad bit of overkill Any other ideas??
