I have the Nav system with the "Sony" package. I threw the rear sub out and replaced it with 2 - 10's, i also install a 2 ch punch mono amp 500 watts for the subs, 4 channel ampr for the doors and left all stock door speakers in. Under the console i installed the MTX RE-Q5. What a world of difference it makes!!! Also the center channel has to be run off the factory radio but still sounds good. Adjusted the RE-Q5 gains halfway and same on the amps...sounds amazing!!!

The Bass drop comes from the Sub amp and not the head unit. I had this tested when i done the amp and sub install for my 09 when i first got it. Ended up not needing to have a processor as the bass worked as it should when you removed the Sony amp.
