Does anyone know of or can recommend a bed cover for a 2010 with a toolbox and 5.5ft bed?

 

I hear that Bakflip can custom make you either a hard folding, retractable, or tilt cover that will work your toolbox. I'd probably get a retractable cover with a toolbox but the retractable cover does have a 9" diameter canister that the cover rolls into. I have a Bakflip (no toolbox).
