"external" waypoints into navigation?

I've searched on here and read through the manual, but I can't find anything on adding waypoints to the Ford navigation system from an external source (like from a flash drive or something) Does anybody know if this is possible? I thought I saw a thread on here a while back about it, but I can't find it anymore.

The reason I ask is that the locations I go to are not addresses, but remote sites, so I was hoping that I could either enter lat/long or waypoints/POI's from my computer/hand held GPS.

Thanks in advance for any help.

That would be cool, and I can do it with my old Garmin. However, no can do with the factory Nav unit.

I want to do it for all the speed cameras we have in AZ.
