You can buy them from Tasca Ford Give them a call or email them and give them your vin.

You can get the PTM caps that are ready to be primed and painted. They do not come pre-painted.

Hope that helps

They are not expensive at all. I just purchased the new PTM ones for my 09 Tow mirrors which are much larger than the small mirrors you have. The vin is simply for accuracy, then can definitely look up a 2009 F150 regular mirror PTM mirror cap.

PTM mirror caps
9L3Z-17D742-BAPTM (right)
9L3Z-17D743-BAPTM (left)
$24.31 each plus shipping as of last December from Tasca Ford
I put them on my 2010 XLT...I had Tasca do a parts search using a VIN# from a Lariat they had in inventory to get the right parts.

For your time and materials... or at least mine, that is a great deal. I had my local body shop paint the Ford primed ones for my truck.

They did not outright say no, but I could tell they did not want to sand them down and prime them themselves.
