tow mirror to power folding on a platinum help

i know i saw it on this forum but can't seem to find it when i really need it.
ok i just swapped my tow mirrors on my truck for power folding.i also replaced the mirror switch to the power folding switch then i replaced fuse #12 from a 5 amp to a 7.5 amp.everything works but the power fold.does anyone know what i missed if anything.thanks in advance.

this guy on another forum claimed to have made it work, but he didn't give any details other than just adding the mirrors and the switch:

I don't know if you got your power folding working. If you haven't there is usually a BCM that needs programming to get the power folding to work. If you don't have that aftermarket mirrors allow for running separate wiring for switches and the power folding.
