Please help me guys

Take a look @ the pics below. I put Halo Projector Headlights on my FX2 with 6000K HID's but for some reason, the light beam doesn't illuminate far out into the street. When I pull up into a white wall, you can see from the pic below that it's very dim and the output looks like a "half-moon". I have to always use the FOG lights to see the road because using just the low beam is too dark. Is this normal for aftermarket projector headlights? Do I need to clean something or adjust something else? I know someone out there can assist. Thanks.

Uhhhh...You do know you need to aim headlights? That is where they are precisely adjusted to put the light where it is needed and avoid putting it where it will temporarly blind me as I'm coming around a curve on a black, rainy night and run into you.

Your aim looks/sounds way too high.

I wouldn't buy projectors unless they were the highest quality. Yours do not appear to be.

aftermarket projectors suck!

You could try adjusting them, but I have always been very disappointed with non-OEM projectors.

It's also very difficult to tell what's going on in those pictures. You need to find a wall and a flat-level surface (no curbs) leading up to the wall. Park the truck with the front bumper 25ft from the wall directly ahead, then measure when the cutoff line at the top is. This line should be level with the height of the projector above the ground at 25' from the wall, the left side should be about 2" lower than the height of the projector to avoid blinding people. Basically, measure the distance from the denter of the projector to the ground, park the truck 25' from a wall, adjust the headlight cutoff to equal that measurement on the wall.

Ok so the majority agree that aftermarket projectors are very poor. These are made by EagleEyes so I really don't know how good they are. Can anyone confirm that the projector is suppose to display the "half-moon" beam that can be seen on those pics?

If im not mistaken, Those eagleey projector headlights are made to only run halogen bulbs. Real OEM HID lenses have a distinct cutoff when using HID bulbs. I wanted HID lights in my prelude...so i had to literally take the front lense off the headlight housing, and retro fit in acura TSX HID lenses, mount them and aim them correctly. Total cost was about $500 and not to mention hours of labor. Id pop the halogen bulbs back in there and see what kind of light pattern your getting.

Check your wiring and your aim. I'm assuming you're using
a relay and drawing power directly from the
battery. Even though those are probably low quality halogen projectors they should still throw some light around. It
may be misplaced but they should still be extremely bright.
