Sync problems

My sync has been working flawlessly with my blackberry storm 2 for the 2 months I have owned the truck but It just recently started acting up. It will download the phonebook and I can call people but whenever I call people they can only hear bits and pieces of what I am saying. I have tried deleting an resyncing and tried resetting the whole system to no avail. Does sync use the phones microphone or does it have it's own? I am just trying to determine whether it's my phone that's the problem or sync itself.

It uses the truck's microphone (located in the mirror). TSB 09-13-5 replaces the mirror mic with a wart type mounted to the headliner.

Try another phone.

I tried for 2 hours tonight to get my storm2 to SYNC in my new 2010 F150. Has anyone else had this problem. If you blackberry is with Verizon they have a lot of problem with the sound quality and broken conversations.

I also got a new 2010 I did sync my BBstorm and its working good, no broken conversation unless signal is too low otherwise is all good, i had issues with it doing the autoplay on my phone media thru bluetooth without me even knowing it but i fix that by going to the bluetooth options on the BB storm.

My Storm is 2 years old, synced to my XLT for 6 months, carrier is Verizon and no problems.

My LG phone worked fine, but then a few weeks back it wouldn't link up. Tried to pair it again and it won't take. On a trip I kept getting the voice coming on asking me if I wanted to run a vehicle health report. It's time for another free oil change from the dealer so it's going in to have it fixed, along with the crappy shifting transmission.
