Need X Plan Pin

I'm curious and I'm really not trying to start an argument. Why do people think it's acceptable to ask for an X-plan PIN and ask other people to lie for them?

Not only is it acceptable there is a forum for it and it is encouraged by Ford and UAW. X-plan can go to anyone. I have been offerred one after calling Ford Customer Relations before.

X plan is also known as the friends and neighbors plan. We (Ford employees) are allowed to issue 4 a year to whoever we like, thus the friends and neighbors. Also you don't need the pin to order you just need the pin when you finalize the contract.

As I posted on the other forum, my company is following the rules as a Ford business partner.
The only people that can give you an X-Plan PIN (and not violate the rule) is a Ford employee.
X-Plan PIN
Extends discount pricing to friends and neighbors of employees as well as Ford suppliers and other business partners (through the Partnership Recognition Program). Businesses are eligible for the X-Plan by contacting AZX Plan Program Headquarters and providing an X-Plan PIN for a vehicle titled in the company's name.

maybe you should read your initial post saying that i was asking someone to lie! I don't ever ask anyone to lie and i knew the rules before I posted the question!! I didn't ask you for one, i asked anyone which means someone who could not someone who couldn't.

You, as a shareholder with Ford stock, are also entitled to two X-Pin plan numbers per year and you can give them away. You have to have a certain amount of shares, but if I remember correctly, it's not many.

You also get an X-plan pin by just working at certain employers, I know Ford has a webpage that lists them all, off the top of my head I know Homedepot gets you one.
