Need help on locating 12V wire under hood

I am Installing Daylight running lights on my 09 Lariat. Does any one know where I can get a wire that is controlled by the ignition key under the hood.. It needs to be no voltage when the key is in accessories only position and no volts when starting. 12 v when running.

From ignition switch, wires go to Power Distribution/SJB (Smart Junction Box), except the START one which goes to Powertrain Control Module (PCM):

ACC/RUN violet with green stripe
START/RUN white with orange stripe
START blue with white stripe

Please and thanks.

Go to the dealer, get them to hook up their computer and turn on DRL in the personalities settings. Done.
