Tasca

Does anyone have some contact information for a rep from Tasca. I have been sending emails to the most popular rep with no response.

I am looking for another reliable person who works there whom members have had good experiences with.

I currently have had a question sent to Tasca via email for over a month and half. 3 emails and no response. I understand its the holidays and were all apparently busy, but to make money you need to answer the questions the customers have. No matter how stupid you think they are...

Anyone got a resolution?

I had problems getting a hold of them also a while ago. I ended up going with F-150 Parts Guy who is a sponsor on here also. He got back to me quick. His prices are a tad higher, but at least he responds.

Call them and ask for Domenic.

I've bought a few things from them and he's the guy to go to.

They key is make a phone call vs using email. It will solve this issue.

Or try these guys. http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...?siteid=214072
They're on the left coast, like you. Might save you some coin in shipping. Their prices are as good as Tasca's. FWIW, Ed has saved me money by not filling an order, because shipping would have put the total cost over the full price of the item.

Hope this helps

This is who i am talking about. I don't think it matters if you email or call on the phone. The end state is that both manners of communication should result in completing a transaction. I am all about working with TASCA, i have used them before. I just want my questions answered and the email response in a timely manner..
