^from what I read, you can have the dealer disable the Mykey settings so the remote start works like it's supposed to. Ask member "fjc" about it, check out his post here:

Either of those solutions defeats the purpose of a garage door opener. I would have to go through the backdoor, into the garage, and undo the bar every day. No thanks. I'll just live without the Home Link in my truck unless I can figure out a way to disable it when the key is off...
