mirrors on lariat

I wanted to fold them in when I go thru a bank or any drive thru but they don't,they are pushed in as far as they could go.Thanks

This is what it says on the window sticker (pwr/heat/sic man tel/fold mirrors)
I followed the directions.
Rotate the switch to the center/neutral position pull the switch rearward.
I did that,I am going down to ford and let them figure it out.
