New owner and General question

I am the proud owner of a new 2010 f150 XLT!!!

and was just wondering how it performs in general off road situations such as muddy roads and slippery hills (nothing crazy). I have yet to take it anywhere but just wanted to ask for the heck of it. I don't plan on doing any mods such as a lift anytime soon because i have my Land rover for that

but I don't want to have to bring it out because my truck got stuck somewhere silly that my rover could have been just fine. Would just like some opinions thanks!

That's too pretty of a truck to mess up going off road.

Good tires on it and it'll go pretty good. By the way love the color of your truck

I have taken my 09 XLT out to Anza Borego and stayed on the dry dirt roads. Ran great through the washboard roads. I did get a bit of scraping going over small 3 ft bumps due to the long wheelbase. I have a 6.5 bed on my supercrew. Just amazing smooth ride offroad. I don't offroad enough to warrant a lift and bigger tires.

Welcome to the site, nice new truck. took mine up steep gravel and mud driveway and up some mountain roads in sw va. Truck handled terrain fine. Shift on the Fly is sweet.
