Did the TSB for headliner work??

I have this same issue and I need to get the truck in for this and the rear window leak. I might have them do the flash for the transmission since it still feels like it is slipping and does the hard shifting at lower speeds.

oh you have got to be kidding me. This really sucks. I mean just yesterday I was showing someone my truck (as we all love to) and I had to push up the headliner and then explain why it was hanging in an almost 50k truck

I am suffering from the same problem in my 09 Platinum. It is really frustrating. I don't know why Ford is ignoring this? Their fix is stupid.

On mine the velcro just pulled off of the roof. I super glued it back up there and it has been fine for about 6 months now.

I'm curious about this as well. I wonder if they figured out a different way on the 2010 and just cant figure out a way to fix it on the 2009s

Can someone tell me more about the TSB? I don't have the problem in my 2009....yet. How do I know if I need to have it done...outside of the obvious?

Just got get some of the heavy duty velcro from lowes and cut out a few litle squares and place them between the ones that ford fitted. then push back up. Takes all of 5 mins and has lasted since the summer.

I took my truck in for this issue today and the manager told me they had to order a special kit to fix it. Maybe they have improved their fix beyond tape and velcro? Anyway it will be at least a week before I can get the truck back in but I'll post the results.

I had the seat TSB perfomed also and they did a good job. Also updated to sync 2.1.
