Anyone Leasing?

Anyone leasing a Ford F-150 on here right now? Especially the Platinum?

If so what is the monthly payment like? I'm very much intrested in getting a F-150 Platinum and probley rather lease one if you can.

Anyone got any story's with Leasing or any suggestions? I never have leased a vehicle before.

Thanks

I leased my last vehicle. In the end I was happy that I did... as I was not particularly attached to it. Leasing makes it easy to give back.

I paid cash when I bought this truck. I plan on keeping it for awhile.

I leased my truck, well actually my business did (self employed) I have a 4 yr 160k lease, put zero down and my buy-out at the end is 8k(I have an 09 Lariat). Ford has re-done their leases so at the end of the lease the truck should not be upside down. It used to be before the buy-out was usually worth more than what the truck was worth. Made no sense to buy it out.

If you don't mind me asking, how much is your monthly payment? How much of a down payment did you have to have down?

Thanks

I called my local dealer about leasing a new F-150 and they said Ford Motor Credit is no longer leasing trucks. Did you all lease through a secondary company or is my dealer full of crap?

I leased right through Ford Credit. I am in Canada so I am unsure what the US has for programs. It is my understanding that Ford is the only company that is still leasing vehicles.

How long of a lease do you have? It just seems like your payments are too low for such an affordable buyout. You must have got a good deal off of the MSRP.

it's a 5 yr lease...

i think it was at 3%...

I worked from invoice up... plus they leased it in house, so they get some cash back from ford for doing this... ended up being about 3,700$ for the in house lease (at that month, it was x$ for every thousand i spent)....

I kinda caught them in a lie, i think that's what helped me get the deal... they kept saying it was 0% rate, but they had to buy that rate and charge me for it... it cost me 3% to get the 0% interest rate... go figure.

I started questioning their math.. cause the monthly payments of the truck plus the buyout wasn't adding up to 0% interest.. there was an inflated cost there... they said they'd come clean about the entire deal, and that's when I found out they were charging 3% to buy the 0% rate... and charging me for it. There was probably still some wiggle room there for another 500 bucks or 1000, but i was happy with the deal....
