F150 2010 and two bags of unkown fuses etc...

I have two bags of items that came with my 2010. One consists of a fuse and relay, this is for the trailer battery re-chargeing system. Figured that out. The second bag is marked for the rear camera. I will look at it tomorrow and post exactly what the bag reads. The camera works, however what is this part item for ?

I didn't know the trailer fuse and relay charges the trailer batter. I was told it enables auxiliary power for the trailer. For example, if a box trailer has lights wired inside to help you see at night. Maybe they allow both to occur.

I'm not sure about the second bag. I have a 2010 on order with back up cam. I am interested to see what you find out.

Bag 1 was a Relay position 9 in main fuse box under hood " Trailer Tow Battery Charger" and position 21 30Amp "Trailer Tow Battery Charger" as per owners manual page 326 and 327. I bet you will have the same bag of fun. Easy to install 30 seconds. It was just figuring what the bag was that took time.

Bag two labeled " 973T 15A562 AB Rear Video Camera Wiring Protective Cap" what tis this??????

And logging into this site over and over again is anoying....

The back of the cap is blocked off (no wires exiting). It looks like it is to cap the rear video camera wiring whenever the tailgate is removed. Keeps road grime off the electrical contacts.

Here are some pictures...

Thanks, page 113 of the owners manual. I could not find the info in the section for back up camera and I did not think to look at the removal of tailgate section of the ownes manual. Looks like one bag of items was installed and the other is going to be put away for future use. I thought I bought a BBQ for a moment and I had extra parts left over.
