New 2009 FX4 Supercab

I had my 2006 XLT in for service last Saturday and while I was waiting, I walked around the dealer lot. I saw my salesman and he mentioned some great incentives on the 2009's.

Anyway, I found an oxford white 2009 FX4 and yesterday I sat down with the salesman. I ended up getting a little over 20% off the sticker and got a decent price for my trade. So today I'm riding around in brand new 2009 FX4. I still have less than 100 miles on the clock.

The ride is so much better in the 2009 than in my 2006, and the cabin is much quieter. I think I'm going to like this truck very much.

Now I know that around here it didn't happen unless there are pictures. For some reason, I am not allowed to attach pictures, so I'll have to beg your forgiveness and direct you to my gallery:

I also included a pic of the old 2006 XLT trade-in in the gallery.

The trade in:

Thanks stormtech. I can see why you're partial to white. I like your TT mirrors with the white cap and the door handles on your truck. Nice truck. My first car was a 1963 VW beetle - blue. Also, lovely part of the state that you live in.

Nice ride! Going from the 06' to the 09' Supercab, do you notice more room in the backseat? Just curious if theres anymore legroom back there compared to the older model.

Very nice and way to go! I like the fact that I keep hearing about how much nicer the 09 and 10 trucks drive and how quiet they are. When I get mine I'll be able to compare it to our 98 Expedition.

I think you're going to like that rig you have on order. Can't wait to see your pics when it comes in.
