I love my 09 5.4 and I'm getting about 16mpg. The displays says 17.2, but it seems like it's off about 1-2mpg. I test drove a 4.6 and was impressed with the power it had.

I really had my heart set on a 5.4 and paid about $30,000, sticker was just over 38,000.. If I used Ford credit they were willing to drop the price an additional $1000, but the rate was about 4.0% higher than the average bank and my bank was offering 4.5% on new vehicles.

You should be able to get about $8000-9000 off sticker.

I got 20.9% off sticker back in April. I usually get 18 mpg around town, but I don't have a very heavy foot, and 20+ on the highway according to the display. I have a Screw XLT with the 5.4 and 3.55 rear end.

You'll like the 2009.

I didn't get anything. These dealerships are too proud of the 09/10 F150's on there lots. The red truck I originally posted about I couldn't get the dealer to budge off the price. The white 2010 model I later posted about was bogus as the salesman told me they were asking $30,000 for it but later it turns out he thought I was talking about a supercab F150 which I don't want since I have a 7 month old little girl. The price for a 2010 Supercrew 2wd was $34,000 with only $1,000 off rebate. Then to top it all off the dealer would only offer $8,800 for my 04 F150. I haven't checked the blue book value on my truck yet but to me it's worth atleast $10,000. The truck run's perfect with hardly any minor imperfections. I owe $13,000 on the truck so I was gonna have to put $4,200 down to break even on the 04. Why couldn't the dealer just take a little bit more off the sales price of the 2010 model to offset the remaining balance on the 04? Anyway's i'm just gonna keep my 04 it's enough of a truck for me. Thanks for everyone's help.

It sucks a little but is also nice not restarting on another payment. Yea man my 04 has never let me down so I didn't need a brand new truck anyway's. I need to just drive this one till the wheels fall off.
