I have a swing case in my truck. I don't think you can use a bed extender with it. The box is worth it though. I paid $219 for mine locally.
Undercover makes the swing case. However, they also make the Cargo Utility Box, which is a little cheaper. Here are the two websites.

I know they sell the C.U.B. at Costco and Sams Club. Their website lists them at $139.99.
If you want a Swing Case, you could order it through autoanything.com. They are listed at $215.95, plus free shipping. They have a 1 year low price guarantee, and they run sales all the time. You can probably knock an easy $10 dollars off if you just google some autoanything coupons. I have ordered quite a few things from them, and have yet to find better prices for the stuff they offer.

I would take some pictures of my box, but it's been raining non stop for the last 2 days.

Thanks for the info red. I didnt know about the CUB at all. Being made by the same company I wouldnt think there is any difference in quality other than the exterior.

They look the same, and both are ABS plastic. I think it's just a version made to sell to companies like costco. You see it a lot with electronics. Sony might make a tv with the model number 3200TV, and have the same tv at costco with the model number 320TV.
