Mustang mania-
I was able to buy my hardware for $16 cdn. I ended up with j-clips and 8mm bolts. Everything works great and was easy to install. I went to a store that only sells fasteners.
I will post some pictures soon, just being lazy.

I needed 16 bolts and clips. I went to ACE hardware and bought 10mm x 1.50 thread, 30mm in length. 10.9 grade bolts. They were $2.05 each. They had the corresponding J-clips for .75 each. Expensive ($44.80). but this is exactly what the factory/dealer would use. Worked great and very sturdy.

Finally uploaded pics of my truck into my album with the step bars. So far so good, wife is finding it a lot easier to get into the cab now. Life is easy when the hen is happy :-)
