Since I ordered a 2010 F-150 last week, I thought I would start shopping around for an exhaust. I called Roush today and they said they will not be making a system for this body style until Ford changes the motor. The CSR said he has heard of someone modding a Roush Offroad kit to make it fit and it did work with some bending. Do you think the Roush before tire exit kit will work without any work? Or can anybody tell me another exhaust which sounds mean like the offroad? Thanks

 

I bought the muffler from the Roush kit off a member here and had a custom exhaust bent. I saved a lot of money doing it this way. The muffler from the Roush kit is a 10" SI/DO muffler made by Borla. I'm sure a similarly sized Borla muffler will give you the same sound, and its sweet!!

 

Don't ever waste your money buying the kit,buy the muffler, and get a reputable exhaust shop to weld it in. You will get a better exhaust system, better fit, and to your specs,and can be done for half the price ,than most full kits from magnaflow,borla etc. First thing I did on my 09 is have my Corsa exhaust welded in.

 

I cant find a Roush muffler anywhere!
